2. Booking & Confirmation
– A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a written confirmation and a deposit/full payment as specified.
– LuxTours Maldives reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Payments
– Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice instructions.
– Accepted payment methods include bank transfers or online payment links (subject to applicable fees).
– A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.
– Final payment must be settled before the due date stated on your invoice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellation policies vary depending on the resort or service provider.
– LuxTours Maldives will inform you of the cancellation and refund terms at the time of booking.
– Service fees or transaction fees may not be refundable.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
5. Amendments
– Any amendments to bookings (dates, guest names, etc.) are subject to availability and approval by the resort or service provider.
– Additional charges may apply.
6. Travel Documents
– Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
– LuxTours Maldives will not be held responsible for any issues arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
7. Responsibilities & Liabilities
– LuxTours Maldives acts as an agent and does not own or operate any resort, airline, or transport company.
– We are not liable for injury, damage, delay, loss, or expenses incurred due to third-party services, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure.
– Our responsibility is limited to the arrangement of your travel package as per the confirmed booking.
8. Special Requests
– While we try to accommodate all special requests (e.g., dietary, room preferences), we cannot guarantee them.
– Any special request must be made in writing before confirmation.
9. Insurance
– We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
10. Complaints
– Any complaints during the trip must be reported to us or the service provider immediately.
– We will make every effort to resolve the issue, but delays in reporting may affect our ability to assist.
11. Intellectual Property
– All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of LuxTours Maldives and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.
12. Governing Law
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
– Any disputes will be resolved under Maldivian jurisdiction.
